SpinCast is a lining system that is “insitu” meaning inside of a pipe and/or structure. The method is feeding various materials such as geopolymers, mortars, and/or epoxies to a spin nozzle that is placed in the center of a pipe or structure which centrifugally casts the material onto the surface and pulled at a set rate of speed to build up a 360-degree monolithic liner. This method is very fast and very cost effective. This is one of the only process that can be viewed and monitored live during the installation. This technology is a rapidly growing solution to rehab failing corrugated metal pipe (CMP) as well as large diameter pipes.
